Publisher and contact

Kitchen Choice Lab is published by Jay Sudha, an individual publisher based in India, for a primary audience in the United States. Privacy requests may be sent to hello@jaysudha.com. No public postal address is claimed or displayed.

Information processed now

• Hosting, delivery, and security systems may process an IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser or device information, referrer, and diagnostic events needed to deliver and protect the site.
• If you email hello@jaysudha.com, the message includes the information you choose to provide and is used to answer the request, keep an appropriate record, and protect the publication's legal rights.
• The site has no account registration, checkout, payment collection, public comments, contact form, or active newsletter signup.

Production infrastructure

Cloudflare provides production hosting, content delivery, and network security for Kitchen Choice Lab. Cloudflare may process limited request and diagnostic information as needed to deliver and protect the site under its own service and privacy terms.

Cookies, advertising, and analytics

Kitchen Choice Lab does not currently load Google AdSense, Google Analytics, an affiliate tracking tag, or another optional advertising or analytics script. No optional consent record is created by the publication in this configuration. Hosting infrastructure may use mechanisms that are strictly necessary for security, routing, and reliable delivery.

Before optional analytics or advertising begins, this policy will identify the providers, purposes, technologies, retention approach, and available choices. Where required, optional scripts will remain blocked until the relevant choice is recorded.

Affiliate and external links

External sites receive the usual connection information when a reader intentionally follows a link. Affiliate links are currently inactive. If enabled later, they will be clearly disclosed and governed by the external merchant's own privacy and transaction terms. Kitchen Choice Lab does not cloak merchant destinations.

Use, disclosure, and retention

Information is used only to operate and secure the publication, respond to messages, meet legal obligations, and investigate abuse. Kitchen Choice Lab does not sell personal information. Information may be handled by infrastructure and email providers acting for the publisher, or disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights and safety.

Direct correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the request, editorial record, dispute prevention, or legal obligation. Infrastructure logs follow the production provider's security and retention controls. Data is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer reasonably needed.

Your privacy choices

Depending on where you live and whether an applicable law covers the processing, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or object to or restrict certain uses. Email hello@jaysudha.com with "Privacy request" in the subject. Reasonable identity verification may be required; authorized-agent requests will be handled where applicable. Kitchen Choice Lab will not discriminate against a visitor for making a valid request.
